We offer life jackets for all sizes and needs. From 3 kilos and up, as well as life jackets for our four-legged friends - small and large dogs. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, whether you are a beginner or experienced paddler.
Flexible paddling options - there's something for everyone!
Choose from a day trip or several days on the water and create your own itinerary. You decide where your paddling trip ends, giving you the freedom to explore and enjoy beautiful views along the way. Upon arrival, practical extras such as free parking, toilets and barbecue areas are available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

End: 16.00 - 17.00 Gnestad. We will receive you and pick up our equipment and one driver per company gets transportation back to Kanotkungen.

Right now the water level is slightly low a short distance after Vagnhärad. You can still paddle between Marvikarna and Trosa but please call us on +46 (0)73 181 41 38 for more information.

NOTE!!! From 24-08 due to dam repairs, it is not possible to book Trosa as the final destination.
3 days: Suitable for experienced paddlers.
4 days: Suitable for everyone. More time for nature experiences.
Start: 10.00 - 11.00 Kanotkungen Åkers Styckebruk. You park the car with us and paddle to Trosa.
End: 14.30 - 15.30 Trosa. We will receive you and pick up our equipment and one driver per company gets transportation back to Kanotkungen.

Start: Leave passengers and equipment at Hökmossbadet, Nykvarn before 11.00. One driver (per car) goes to Kanotkungen Åkers Styckebruk where you park the car(s). We will meet you there between 12.00 - 12.30 and drive you back to Hökmossbadet.
End: Marvikarna. You paddle back to where your cars are waiting for you.

We at Tumba Gymnasium have worked with Kanotkungen and Johan for many years and we always come back with new bookings. Johan and his colleagues who have been with us on our outdoor days for many years now have been absolutely awesome. Many students paddle for the first time and during the hours we are out on the water with each class, they get a holistic experience of being out on a trip with professional guides. Everything feels very safe and cozy and Johan and co are good role models for our sometimes anxious students. They convey knowledge about paddling, safety and create security in the groups. They let everyone try at their own pace, but they almost always manage to get everyone on a trip where most of the teaching takes place on the water and where they are skilled at keeping the groups together and creating great memories of canoeing and outdoor life that the students usually talk about long after. Yes, you can book a canoe or rent a kayak for longer trips and overnight stays. We offer rentals for one or more days and will help you plan routes with good overnight facilities along the way.
In light rain, kayaking or canoeing can still be a wonderful and unique experience. However, if you don't feel like going out and have purchased rebooking cover, you can move your booking to another date up to 24 hours before the start date. Should weather conditions make paddling unsuitable or dangerous, such as thunderstorms, storms or other extreme weather, we offer a full refund.
No, no previous experience is required to rent a canoe or kayak with us. Our tours are adapted for both beginners and experienced paddlers. We give you a short introduction to paddling techniques and safety before you set off and we have life jackets for all ages.
Of course you can bring your dog! Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to take your dog with you when kayaking or canoeing.
The payment for your canoe or kayak booking is easily done through our online booking system. You can pay by card or Swish. If you want to rent extra equipment or rebook your paddling, it is possible to make additions afterwards and pay on site.
